Starship Troopers Traitor of Mars Extended Trailer 2017 Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars is an upcoming 2017 animated film.

The film is the fifth installment of the Starship Troopers film series and a sequel to the 2012 film Starship Troopers: Invasion. General Johnny Rico is demoted and relocated to a satellite station on Mars, while the Federation moves to attack the home planet of the bugs, but Mars just so happens to be the target of a secret bug attack at the same time and it falls to Rico and a group of new recruits to keep the planet safe.

Federation trooper Johnny Rico is ordered to work with a group of new recruits on a satellite station on Mars, where giant bugs have decided to target their next attack while the Federation's fleet is far out of reach.
